This is a pale liquid, mainly known for its perfumery. Bitter Almond oil has a sweet nut aroma with a tinge of green apple. Almond trees are hardy and go through a period of dormancy in the winter. Over time, when spring arrives these trees can be seen with beautiful white to pink flowers. These flowers produce fruits containing the seeds we all well know as almonds. Bitter Almond is a fixed oil that is obtained from a ripe almond kernel.
